About the Role:

As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our Bids Team, leveraging your creative skills to produce compelling bid submissions that highlight our practice's strengths in the conservation, cultural, and heritage sectors.

This fast-paced role requires a blend of excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the architectural landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the bid process from inception to submission, ensuring compliance with procedures and maximizing bid success.
  • Developing strategies alongside the Bids Team to win new projects, supporting the practice's strategic ambitions.
  • Producing highquality bid submissions, incorporating compelling design layouts, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of provided information.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively gather and present proposal materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in InDesign, with a flair for creating visually appealing bid documents.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills, capable of managing multiple bids under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in or a passion for the architectural/construction industry, particularly in conservation, cultural, and heritage sectors, is desirable.
