Position Overview

Calibrate Recruitment Limited is seeking a Bids and Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a newly established position that offers the chance to shape your role significantly.

As part of the New Business and Communications team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our business development and communication strategies as the organization expands.

Our practice engages in a diverse array of projects both domestically and internationally, fostering a progressive atmosphere within a supportive, friendly, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of New Business and Communications in executing the strategic plan for business development and communications.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the brand, ensuring alignment with its values and key messages for both internal and external audiences.
  • Support public relations initiatives to highlight the practice's projects.
  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of bids.
  • Participate in various marketing activities to craft compelling marketing messages that align with business development goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of award submissions and track new award opportunities.
  • Help organize events to promote the practice.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a similar communications or marketing role is preferred.
  • A strong interest or understanding of architecture or urban design.
  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Proficient graphic design skills, with a working knowledge of Creative Suite being advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
