Position Overview
We are pleased to announce an opening for a Senior Bid Coordinator within our dynamic and growing Business Generation team in London. This position will provide support to our Real Estate and Advisory divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant team members to draft and produce bid documents and responses that align with company standards.
- Oversee the bid schedule to ensure that team members respond according to the bid plan, meeting all deadlines and submitting bids in the required format.
- Review bid documents and compile previous relevant bids, along with best practice responses from our bid portal and systems.
- Edit and proofread colleagues' bid responses, ensuring that each document includes the necessary information to create a successful, winning proposal.
- Engage with other Bid Specialists to maintain a consistent quality of submissions.
- Strive to enhance the quality and effectiveness of written responses in collaboration with the Bid Team and the community of Bid Specialists.
- Work alongside Business Generation to ensure the central bid library is updated, and that bids are properly filed, tagged, and that best practice responses and unique questions are identified for the bid portal.
- Assist in managing Contacts and Marketing efforts.
Essential Technical Criteria:
- Proven experience in producing draft bid responses.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
- Familiarity with bid portals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- Ideally, a degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or English.
- APMP Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with design software is a plus.
