Senior Bid Manager Position at Bid Solutions

About the Role:

Bid Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading bid planning and coordination with internal stakeholders, overseeing proposal development and content coordination, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and develop effective bid strategies.
  2. Lead bid planning and coordination with internal stakeholders, including project managers, subject matter experts, and other team members.
  3. Oversee proposal development and content coordination, ensuring that all proposals meet the required standards and are submitted on time.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with bids, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize risk and maximize success.
  5. Track bid outcomes, analyze success rates, and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future bid strategies.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and client requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in bid management.
  2. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of bidding processes.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
