Job Description

A leading business solutions firm, Bid Solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bids for real estate and facilities management clients, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that meet client needs
  • Manage the entire proposal development process, from initial concept to final delivery
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality proposals and presentations
  • Support senior proposal managers on large-scale bids and contribute to the development of new business initiatives
  • Maintain and update the company's content library, ensuring easy access to relevant information
  • Perform pursuit close-out activities, working closely with the knowledge management team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat and InDesign
  • Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of business operations and management
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing priorities
