About the Role:

Bid Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team and support the development of creative, strategic, solution-based bid proposals. As a key member of our bid management team, you will be responsible for project managing large complex bid opportunities, from kick-off to appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ideas that shape compelling client solutions
  • Project manage the entire bid lifecycle, including bid writing, technical content, and project management
  • Support the development of win strategies and persuasive delivery structures
  • Create bid brand guidelines and manage external suppliers and consultants
  • Research, author, edit, and challenge content to ensure high-quality bid proposals
  • Support kick-off workshops for the bid team to ensure win themes are captured and competitor and SWOT analysis is conducted
  • Design high-impact bids, proposals, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Conduct post-pitch debriefs with Bid Leaders to collate new content and feedback to the Content Development team

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of persuasive bid writing to create compelling sales documents
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience in bid management and writing
  • Creative and willing to develop, drive, and implement new solutions
