Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our People and Operations Practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and Account Managers to develop winning written proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and operational process development, with a proven ability to analyze complex information and develop compelling conclusions. You will be responsible for managing commercial opportunities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of bid responses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bid strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality bid responses that meet client requirements
  • Analyze bid opportunities and identify key win themes and differentiators
  • Ensure consistency of style and quality across bid responses
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop detailed technical responses
  • Track bid progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Evaluate bid opportunities against company criteria and prioritize bids based on strategic alignment and potential profitability

Requirements:

  • Strong degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze complex information and develop compelling conclusions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suites
