Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team at Bid Solutions. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development of bid responses, ensuring that they are submitted on time and meet the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the bid submission process, including understanding and communicating client requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Work closely with the pre-contract team to create high-quality proposals, including bid submissions, interview presentations, and capability documents.
  • Navigate client portals to obtain tender information, submit and retrieve proposals, and ensure timely submission.
  • Log all project opportunities and maintain up-to-date information on internal systems.
  • Proofread and format final materials to ensure consistency with company branding guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a library of company-standard PQQ and tender responses, including CVs and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the bid team to create winning bids and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Produce graphics to support PQQ and tender bid responses.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in formatting, reviewing, and proofreading for content and grammar.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated and flexible individual, able to work independently and as part of a team.
