Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Senior Bid Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic and growing Business Generation team in London. This position will provide support to our Real Estate and Advisory divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to draft and produce bid documents and responses that adhere to company standards.
  • Oversee the bid schedule to ensure that all team members contribute according to the bid plan, meeting all deadlines and submitting bids correctly and punctually.
  • Evaluate bid documents and compile relevant previous bids and best practice responses from our bid portal and systems.
  • Edit and proofread colleagues' bid responses, ensuring each document includes the necessary information for a successful bid.
  • Engage with other Bid Specialists to maintain a consistent quality across all bids.
  • Strive to enhance the quality and effectiveness of written responses in collaboration with the Bid Team and the broader community of Bid Specialists.
  • Work alongside Business Generation to keep the central bid library updated, ensuring bids are properly filed, tagged, and that best practice responses and unique questions are identified for the bid portal.
  • Assist in managing Contacts and Marketing initiatives.

Essential Technical Criteria:

  • Proven experience in producing draft bid responses.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with bid portals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, a degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or English.
  • APMP Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with design software is advantageous.
