Reception and Clerical Officer

We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team at Fife Sports and Leisure Trust.
This is a 12.5 hour part-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Specialist: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and customers via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Financial Operations: Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, receipts, and transactions.
- Event Booking Coordinator: Manage bookings for facilities, courses, and events using a computerized booking system.
- Membership Support: Process membership applications and maintain up-to-date databases.
- Administrative Services: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and word processing.
- Data Management: Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets as required.
- National 5 qualifications or equivalent in English and Numeracy subjects.
- BASIC Disclosure certificate through Disclosure Scotland prior to appointment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed knowledge of IT, including Microsoft Office and computer technology.
- Sound numerical skills and cash handling experience.
- Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions independently.
- Friendly and welcoming attitude towards staff and public.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $29,000 - $33,000, depending on experience.
