Admin Officer

Kingdom Electricians offer electrical services to customers throughout Fife and the surrounding areas. Operating for over 10 years, we pride ourselves in delivery quality work to our customers.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Various administrative and clerical tasks
- Call handling to/from customers, suppliers and contractors
- Organisation of diaries for staff
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments
- Ordering of materials and supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and Invoices
- Taking in deliveries of materials
**Essential skills/experience**:
- Excellent communication skills with good phone etiquette
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working on computers and basic use of Microsoft 365 or similar
**Desirable skills/experience**:
- Driving licence
- Previous experience working in the trade industry
- 2 years admin experience
**Schedule**:
- 24 hours per week
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Wednesday can be changed to either Tuesday or Thursday if agreed before job offer.
There will also be the opportunity for optional overtime.
**Closing date : Monday 19th of Feb** (at which point an interview may be requested)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
