We are looking for a part time Admin Assistant to join the team, supporting the current Facilities Administrator whilst also providing administrative support to all other teams within the office, in order to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to all teams within the office, with a main focus on supporting the Facilities team.
- Answer phone calls and support visitors
- Liaise with store teams to ensure the Facilities Management sheet is up to date at all times
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Assist the Facilities Administrator with preparing work schedules
- Place orders for materials, process requests from store teams
- Establish and maintain an approved supplier list
- Carry out other administrative duties such as typing, scanning etc
