We are looking for an individual to join the Administration / Secretarial Support Team in the Practice and Professional Development Unit.

You should have previous significant experience of working in a busy office and possessing the skills and competencies normally associated with relevant experience. You should be educated to Standard Grade level; with an administration qualification at HNC / SVQ3 or equivalent. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package and typing skills are essential. Good communication and organisational skills are required; as is the ability to work under pressure, prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.

A pleasant and approachable manner is essential with the ability to work flexibly in a close team setting. A blended working pattern is required working both from home and office based in line with the needs of the team.
