Job Title: Admin Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to provide support to all teams within our office at Glenshire.

The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work a minimum of 3 days a week, with occasional coverage required for holidays and illness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to all teams at Glenshire
  • Answer phone calls and assist visitors to our office
  • Maintain accurate computer and manual filing systems
  • Monitor office email and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the office team
  • Maintain contact lists and order office supplies

Requirements:

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated hourly salary for this position is £12 per hour, working part-time (16-22 hours) at Glenshire.
