Senior Administrator for Records Management

CV-Library in Fife, Scotland invites applications for a Senior Administrator to oversee record management and administration services.

You will be responsible for managing records, maintaining databases, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site engagement totaling 37.5 hours per week, classified as Inside of IR35 regulations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain accurate records
  2. Maintain databases and files
  3. Provide administrative support

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in an administrative position, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint would be advantageous

The estimated annual salary range for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
