Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Office Operations

Glenshire is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator - Office Operations to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within our office.

This role requires the ability to work a minimum of 3 days a week, with flexibility to cover holidays and illness. We offer a competitive hourly rate and various benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative activities across teams
  • Manage incoming correspondence and direct phone calls
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and files
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Undertake other administrative duties as required
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and functional
