About the Role

This Temporary Clerical/Reception Office Assistant position requires a candidate who can provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Working Arrangements

Flexible working arrangements will be considered. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and customers via phone and in-person.
  • Maintain strict adherence to financial guidelines for cash handling and record-keeping.
  • Manage bookings for facilities, courses, and events using a computerized system.
  • Process memberships and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and word processing.
  • Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
Requirements

The successful candidate must hold 4 National 5 qualifications or equivalent, including English and Numeracy subjects. Additionally, a Basic Disclosure certificate through Disclosure Scotland is required prior to appointment.
