About You:
  • You have experience working in client-facing roles in housing, health, or social care.
  • You possess a minimum SVQ2 or are working towards it, with a commitment to SSSC registration.
  • You have active listening skills, case documentation skills, and empowerment techniques.
  • You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle with business insurance.

  1. Client-Centred Support: Assist clients in setting personal goals and accessing resources using person-centred, trauma-aware practices.
  2. Safety & Compliance: Assess risks, apply safety protocols, and document progress to ensure safe, compliant service delivery.
  3. Collaboration & Growth: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, engage in community partnerships, and continuously seek feedback to improve service quality.
  4. Learning & Development: Pursue ongoing professional growth, maintain SSSC compliance, and build effective communication skills.
