Salary
We offer an attractive salary of £12.00 per hour (weekdays) and £13.84 per hour (weekends), with additional benefits including 25p mileage allowance. Our competitive pay reflects the value we place on our care team members' hard work and dedication.
Job Description
As a Care Assistant with City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will be responsible for providing individualised care to clients in their own homes. This may involve supporting with daily living tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework, as well as assisting with personal care and administering medication. You will work closely with a close-knit care team to deliver high-quality care and make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also require a compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a willingness to learn new skills and develop your knowledge. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to support your career development.
