About the Role
  • Care and Support - Empower residents to live life to the fullest by assisting with daily routines, maintaining personal hygiene, and promoting physical activity.
  • Healthcare Support - Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure residents' health needs are met, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with mobility.
  • Dignity and Respect - Champion the rights and dignity of each resident, upholding their values and preferences at all times.
  • Social Connections - Foster meaningful relationships between residents, family members, and caregivers, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
About You
  • Education: A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, such as SVQ/NVQ Level 2, is highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least six months of experience working in care settings, preferably within residential or nursing homes.
  • Personality: Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in caring for older adults.
  • Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
