We offer a comprehensive salary package, including a competitive base salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 12 hour day shifts and night shifts, 28 days paid holidays, and internal career progression opportunities.

Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting resident autonomy and choice.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a care setting, preferably with dementia care expertise.
  • An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
