Job Description

Bloor Homes - Sales & Marketing requires a highly organized Sales Secretary to join our team. Estimated salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Department, focusing on daily operations, report updates, and record management.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Managing sales data and reports on Eque2 Housebuilding
  • Organizing and filing paperwork related to plot sales
  • Preparing sales statements and reports
  • Coordinating uniform and PPE orders for the department
  • Managing lone worker devices administration for sales advisors
  • Providing secretarial support to the Sales Director and wider team
  • Arranging payments and administering refunds
  • Checking plot contracts and distributing them for signature as necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and other company policies
  • Managing corporate events and FORTE administration
  • Collating supplies for developments
