**Job Overview:**

We are recruiting for a skilled Sales Secretary to support our Sales Team in our Eastern Regional Office in Bury St Edmunds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department, ensuring the smooth delivery of sales services to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Prepare completion statements and issue to relevant parties.
  2. Coordinate and order uniform and PPE for the department.
  3. Manage lone worker devices administration for Sales Advisors.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and databases.
