A crucial piece of the business puzzle, you can play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Design & Technical Department in our Eastern Region in Bury St Edmunds.
Committed to delivering the highest standards for our customers, alongside the best possible performance for the company, the Design & Technical team have a hands on approach and a can do attitude, and are looking for a like-minded individual to complement their existing talent.

A real team-worker with proven secretarial or administrative experience gained in a fast-moving office environment, you’ll be working at the heart of a busy department where no two days are the same.
Excellent communication, keyboard and IT skills are a must whilst a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach will be key.
Your role will include taking minutes, maintaining databases, managing diaries, inputting data and producing reports and information packs. You’ll also liaise with third parties to register new developments, obtain appropriate certificates and energy supplier references.
