**About the Opportunity:**
We are looking for an experienced Sales Secretary to join our team in Bury St Edmunds, supporting the Sales Director and wider team with secretarial and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with excellent organisational skills and a real can-do attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director and wider team.
- Manage corporate hospitality events, including bookings, timetables and invitations.
- Administer customer selections and enter them into the database.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the property industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and databases.
**Benefits:**
