Job Description

This management role requires someone who can proactively drive improvements and understands the importance of effective support systems and procedures.

As a key member of the Regional Support function, you will be responsible for leading a team of coordinators and managing direct line responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and coordinating resources to meet the needs of RNLI Lifesaving teams
  • Working closely with Regional Operations Lead and Area Operations Managers to establish work priorities and measure team performance
  • Contributing as a member of the Regional Management Team as the lifesaving support subject matter expert

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing support teams in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
