Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at K&C Construction Limited in North Wales. As a senior member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for effectively managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, working closely with Contracts managers, Site Managers, Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

We offer a wealth of experience and expertise, providing high-quality innovative project management on a design and build, partnering, and traditional basis for projects in both private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare procurement schedules noting key dates
  • Provide detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, including negotiating contracts, handling valuations, and processing payments
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports, such as CVRs, forecast final costs, and cost analysis
  • Identify and mitigate potential project financial risks
  • Lead the preparation of final accounts, including resolving contractual claims and settling costs

Benefits: The salary for this position is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction or property development industry. You should also possess strong people management and relationship building skills, as well as being highly proficient in using all Microsoft packages.
