**Position Overview**
**As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of or projects by coordinating and optimising all aspects of the planning process. You will work closely with various teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the Company.**
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with customers, design, sales, production,operations and transport teams to exchange information and maintain planned programme of work
- Facilitate the issuing of production of customers’ orders to agreed timescales
- Plan branch weekly deliver schedules in accordance with the customer ‘s requirements
- Liaise with customers, agree delivery dates, and acknowledge orders
- Extensive management of logistics and planning to optimise business efficiency
- Advise Regional Sales Managers of any customer related problems and assist in their resolution seeing them through until resolved, making sure the customer is aware of the progress and that they are satisfied with the outcome
- Organising and arranging for job add ins to be issued to manufacturing, ascertain completion times to establish and inform customers of when delivery will happen
- Compile rolling weekly reports for all product streams and branches, then identify current product lead times and inform other departments
- General office duties

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Planning Coordinator or similar role advantageous
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
