We are delighted to be supporting a business based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, in their search for an experienced Lead Project Co-ordinator to join their welcoming and friendly team

Job Role

The role of the Lead Project Coordinator is to direct the customers journey from the point of engagement throught to the successful completion of installation. You will lead a team that builds mutually beneficial relationships within a diverse group of stakeholders, whilst overseeing every aspect of project administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Proven team management capabilities, including objective and appraisal processes
- Utilisation of data to help drive key business, prioritisation and risk mitigation decisions
- Subject matter expert for energy efficiency services offered by Aran Insulation
- Full comprehension of schemes requirements - including eligibility, compliance, regulatory and reporting frameworks
- Ability to document business case proposals including scope, ROI and dependency elements
- Able to lead continual improvement activities and be an effective delegator
- Act as senior point of contact for internal / external stakeholders
- Demonstrates superior negotiation skills
- Sets meaningful KPI targets
- Financially astute with an ability to produce exception based management reporting
- Leading working group forums
- Dynamic risk and issue management
- Effective contribution towards business development / strategy initiatives
- Understands need for confidetiality and handling of sensitive information within the workplace

Experience / Skills
- Computer literacy, ideally having worked with planning / project software.
- Planning / Scheduling experience.
- Ideally experience of working within a supervisory role with exposure to projects.

Additional Information:

- Salary: £30 - £35,000 pa
