Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Coordinator Lead to oversee the overall approach of our Programme, ensuring successful delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT/Security programme and project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale programmes (£30-£50m) with multiple projects and diverse teams.

You will collaborate closely with multiple System Integrator (SI) partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently on time, and within budget. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the Programme Management Office (PMO)
  • Establish best practices, policies, procedures, and processes that align with the programme and business objectives
  • Collaborate with SI partners to deliver projects efficiently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in IT/Security programme and project management
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale programmes (£30-£50m)
