Key Responsibilities

The Group Head of Progression to HE will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of the UCAS application process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Guidance on HE and degree apprenticeship pathways, providing expert advice to students and staff.
  • Leadership of initiatives to support underrepresented students through the NEACO partnership.
  • Coordination of a team, managing workload and resources effectively.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to drive student success.
