As a Sales Secretary with Bloor Homes - Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Director and team in the day-to-day operations within the region.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales releases, reservations, exchanges, completions, cancellations, and Optional Extras on Eque2 Housebuilding, circulating and electronically filing all paperwork related to Plot sales, updating daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Reports, including Visitors, Part Exchange, and HTB, preparing Completion Statements and issuing to relevant parties, and coordinating and ordering uniform and PPE for the department.

You will also be responsible for managing Lone Worker Devices administration for Sales Advisors, providing secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director and team, arranging cheque payments and administering refunds, checking Plot Contracts as received and distributing for signature, performing duties in accordance with The Health and Safety Policy and other Company policies, managing corporate hospitality events, including bookings, timetables, invitations, costings, etc., managing FORTE and checking Invoices, collating stationary and supplies for Developments, providing reception cover and secretarial support to other departments as needed, attending meetings as necessary, complying with and upholding company policies and procedures, maintaining health and safety aspects associated with Covid-19, and undertaking additional tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar role, educated to A Level standard or equivalent, good time management and ability to manage workload, computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages and databases, excellent attention to detail, ability to make decisions and use initiative, and interest in new homes.
