Regional Scheduling Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Team Lead to join our team at BUUK Infrastructure No 2 Limited. As a key member of our regional scheduling team, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing schedules to ensure SLAs are met and operational tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review ongoing schedules to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
  • Work closely with the Regional Construction Manager to ensure customer expectations are met and complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain required purchase orders inline with business revenue while ensuring the company's environmental impact is reduced.
  • Carry out any requested tasks received from the Scheduling Manager or Office Manager.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and numerate.
  • Ability to manage workload proactively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Remains calm under pressure, whilst remaining professional at all times.
  • Understanding of the utility industry and fibre connectivity.
  • Logistical experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of scheduling operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum and a range of benefits including a company pension contribution up to 10% if employees contribute 5%, enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay, and hybrid working for eligible roles.
