About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Sales Secretary to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Sales Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Department, ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales releases, reservations, exchanges, completions, and cancellations on Eque2 Housebuilding.
- Circulate and electronically file paperwork related to plot sales.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including visitors, part exchange, and HTB.
- Prepare completion statements and issue to relevant parties.
- Coordinate uniform and PPE ordering for the department.
- Administer Lone Worker Devices for Sales Advisors.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director and wider team.
- Arrange cheque payments and administer refunds.
- Check plot contracts and distribute for signature as necessary.
- Maintain health and safety standards, including COVID-19 protocols.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and databases.
- Strong time management and self-motivation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to make decisions and use initiative.
