At Bloor Homes, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Secretary to join our Eastern Regional Office in Bury St Edmunds.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a real can-do attitude and high-quality secretarial experience. They will be responsible for assisting the Sales Department in the day-to-day operations within the region, ensuring the efficient running of our busy Sales Department.

We estimate that the salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main duties include:

  • Managing the update of sales releases, reservations, exchanges, completions and cancellations onto Eque2 Housebuilding
  • Circulating and electronic filing of all paperwork in relation to sales transactions
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the Sales Team
