Marketing and Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Sales Secretary to join our Sales & Marketing team at Bloor Homes. As a Sales Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Director and wider team.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our Sales Department. You will be working closely with the Sales Team to manage day-to-day operations within the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage sales releases, reservations, exchanges, completions, and cancellations on Eque2 Housebuilding.
- Circulate and electronically file all paperwork related to plot sales.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including visitor data, part-exchange information, and Help to Buy details.
- Administer Lone Worker Devices for Sales Advisors.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director and wider team, including reporting, diary management, meeting minutes, typing of correspondence, filing, and record-keeping as required.
- Carry out duties in accordance with The Health and Safety Policy and other Company policies.
- Manage corporate hospitality events, including bookings, timetables, invitations, and costings.
- Provide reception cover and secretarial support to other departments as needed.
- Experience with website content management systems.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages and databases.
- Familiarity with administration of customer selections and entering them into the database.
- Ability to generate and issue orders to contractors.
- Initial setup of sales lines for coming soon developments (e.g., BT connections, PC requirements, sales offices).
- Scottish Widows Pension Scheme.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
