Bloor Homes is a family-run business that requires an experienced Sales Secretary to join our Eastern Regional Office in Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will work closely with our successful Sales Department, assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient running of the office.

The role involves managing sales releases, reservations, exchanges, completions, and cancellations on Eque2 Housebuilding. This includes circulating and electronic filing of all paperwork related to plot sales, updating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and managing Lone Worker Devices administration for Sales Advisors.

The Sales Secretary will also provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Director and wider team, including reporting, diary management, taking and producing minutes of meetings, typing of correspondence, filing, record keeping, and managing corporate hospitality events. Additionally, they will provide reception cover, secretarial support to other departments as required, and attend meetings necessary for the performance of their duties.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include Scottish Widows Pension Scheme, approximately 33 days' holiday entitlement (including bank holidays), and competitive discounts on our homes and at Triumph Motorcycles ltd.
