Business Development Support Officer

Quartzelec is a leading provider of electrical services, and we are seeking an experienced Business Development Support Officer to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. This role will involve providing administrative support to the business unit, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and report information to assist in payroll and financial activities.
- Support the project management team with debt monitoring, customer and supplier setup, and month-end activities.
- Manage lease vehicles, including company cars, commercial vans, and fuel cards.
- Process supplier invoices.
- Ensure personnel documentation, including visas and medicals, is up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player attributes with effective communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills. A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered for this position, dependent on experience.
