Administration Coordinator

Chiltern Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Administration Scheduler to join their team on a full-time basis.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in negotiating rates with suppliers, ensuring high-quality products at the lowest possible cost. This includes coordinating the allocation of labour and materials for ongoing projects daily and weekly.
- Negotiate rates with suppliers based on historical sales records and inventory stock.
- Coordinate project resources, including labour and materials.
- Act as the first point of contact, receiving messages and distributing them accordingly.
- Create and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements for new projects and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for completed projects.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding material delivery schedules.
- Maintain databases for running projects and materials using Microsoft Office.
- Organize stock takes both on-site and at the office.
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the company.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Working hours are 8-5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a dress-down policy applied every day. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
