About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative duties, including rate negotiations with suppliers, project resource allocation, and communication with suppliers and clients. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth project execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with suppliers to negotiate rates based on historical sales data and inventory levels.
  • Allocate resources efficiently for ongoing projects, considering factors like labour and materials.
  • Manage incoming communications and distribute them effectively.
  • Develop and review risk assessments and method statements for new projects and operations manuals for completed projects.
  • Verify material delivery schedules with suppliers to avoid delays.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases for ongoing projects and materials.
  • Perform regular stock counts both on-site and at the office.
  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to the company.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is necessary.

The expected annual salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Working hours are 8-5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a flexible dress code policy in place.
