Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records, including historical sales data and inventory stock
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members
  • Phone suppliers to confirm material deliveries and coordinate logistics
  • Manage running projects and material databases using Microsoft Office

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
