Job Details:

This Project Administrator role involves coordinating the allocation of labor and materials for ongoing projects daily and weekly. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and be able to maintain accurate records of running projects and materials using Microsoft Office.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Negotiate rates with suppliers based on historical sales records and inventory stock to secure high-quality products at the lowest possible cost.
  • Coordinate the allocation of labor and materials for ongoing projects daily and weekly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, receiving messages by phone and distributing them accordingly.
  • Develop and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements for project initiation and Operations and Maintenance Manuals for completed projects.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of running projects and materials using Microsoft Office.
  • Conduct site and office stock takes.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across various aspects of the company.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

Salary Information: The salary for this role is approximately £31,250 per annum, and working hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
