Selective Recruitment are seeking a temporary Administrator on behalf of our client a market leading waste management company. The successful applicant will be based in or within commutable distance of St Albans.

**Hours: 08.30am - 17:00pm - Monday - Friday**

**Pay: £10.42 per hour**

**40 hours per week**

**DUTIES**:

- Answer all inbound calls in a polite and professional manner, logging the details accurately.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ensure prompt resolution of complaints with a strong focus on customer retention
- Assist credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution
- Understand the daily driver debrief process and deal with any issues raised maintaining accurate records of actions.
- To fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by ensuring that all work undertaken is in accordance with the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures and any relevant legislation.
- Support and undertake any other such duties as may reasonably be required within the Service Centre.
- To undertake any training and development as required
- To support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Numerate and PC literate with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative in high pressure environment
- Attention to detail
