Senior Project Administrator

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team, working across projects in Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk. The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Bury St Edmunds 2 days a week, with regular site visits.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. You will also ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive project success.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience within the Civil Engineering & Groundworks Sector and the ability to work within the production department to deliver live projects. If you have a strong track record of managing contracts and delivering projects, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive project success.
- Oversee and manage contracts for multiple civil and groundworks projects.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within the Civil Engineering & Groundworks Sector.
- Ability to work within the production department to deliver live projects.
Salary: £62,400 - £84,600 per annum, depending on experience.
