We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will work on projects with estimated values between £2 and £10 million.
Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met
- Undertake material research and specify building materials and finishes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet building codes and regulations
- Competitive salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday
