Business Development Manager

Citizens Advice West Suffolk is a leading charity providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to individuals in the community. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on securing funding for our organization and expanding our partnerships network.
About the Role
This part-time position (22.5 hours per week) will be based at our office in Bury St Edmunds and involves occasional travel to other locations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for identifying new sources of funding, establishing and maintaining networks with mutual charities, social enterprises, businesses and other organizations, and responding to opportunities to bid for contracts and projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, partnership development, and contract management, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. They must be able to think strategically, work independently, and be flexible in their working hours.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,056 - £30,385 per annum pro rata depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, sick pay, and annual leave.
