Job Summary: Residential Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing residential development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, labor teams, and conducting regular site inspections.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in residential development or construction management.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum
