About the Job
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in residential housing development, who can work closely with our Engineering Manager to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Your key responsibilities will include preparing constraints plans, assisting with planning conditions, procuring service records, and maintaining evaluation of consultant's designs.
  • You will also be responsible for undertaking site walkovers, appointing consultants, attending project meetings, and reviewing topographical surveys.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential housing development, with a working knowledge of highways, drainage, and utilities.
  • Ability to confidently handle negotiations with external parties, including consultants and local authorities.
  • Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
