Civil Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our team as a Housing Developer. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality residential projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing detailed constraints plans to guide new development proposals.
- Assisting with the discharge of engineering-related planning conditions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Procuring essential service records and utility information for new developments.
- Maintaining a continuous evaluation process to ensure consultant designs meet best practice in value engineering.
- Undertaking site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential housing development, with a strong understanding of highways, drainage, and utilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with external parties.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others.
With a salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 plus car and bonus, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality residential projects.
