As a Senior Administrative Officer in our Financial Planning team, you will be responsible for managing your own work activity and maintaining open communication with clients. This role requires initial training to take place in our Norwich office, after which you will join our Bury St Edmunds team.

We are looking for an experienced FS Administrator who has at least three years of experience in an administrative or support role in Financial Services. You will need excellent computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). A strong ability to deliver excellent service to clients both in person and over telephone and via email is essential.

In this role, you will be inputting accurate and up-to-date information on internal/external software packages and provider websites. You will also be required to travel to and work from other offices when necessary, as well as participate in ad-hoc assignments.
